Attending the What's Next Classes will give you a solid foundation as you grow spiritually to become the person God created you to be. The class will is taught in English at our Katella Campus and in Spanish at our Sausaltio Campus. Sessions are every Sunday from 10:15 am to 11:15 am.
Each class covers a different subject, eight different classes in all, so you can start on any Sunday. Class subjects include:
WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME?
This session will clearly explain what salvation is all about. You will learn just how much God really loves you, now and for eternity!
HOW AM I DIFFERENT NOW?
When Jesus Christ becomes Lord of our lives, there are so many benefits that come from God. This session discusses many of those benefits and how we access them by faith!
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD?
As a follower of Christ, we will still make mistakes, no one is perfect. God has made provision for all of our sins. This session teaches us that we don’t have to run from God, but we can run to God and maintain our relationship with Him!
WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS BIBLE?
The Bible is God’s Word to us and we need to read it to grow spiritually and understand God’s ways. It’s a big book… and it can be a little intimidating if you don’t have a general understanding of what it’s all about. This session will give you a basic overview of the Bible and help you get started reading and studying God’s Word!
CAN I REALLY TALK WITH GOD?
Prayer is simply communicating with God … talking and listening. God wants to get involved in our lives and prayer is the means by which we invite Him in. This session will help make prayer a simple, non-religious exercise and open your life to God’s power on a daily basis!
WHAT’S ALL THIS TALK ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT?
After accepting Christ as our Savior, God wants us to experience the infilling of the Holy Spirit. This session will walk you through scriptural truths that clearly explain what the infilling of the Holy Spirit is all about and how we can experience it. This will bring new expressions of God’s character and power into your life!
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LIVE BY FAITH?
Life is filled with challenges. Trusting God does not exempt us from life’s challenges but it does qualify us for help from God in time of need. This session shows us how to believe God’s Word and overcome every challenge that life sends our way!
Just bring your Bibles, something to write with, and an open heart to receive all the Holy Spirit has for you! If you do not have a Bible let us know when you arrive so we can help with that.
